Short-Term Trend Analyses

This series of essays is an attempt to understand where the climate may be heading to in the nearest future (5-15 years). Essentially these are analyses of decadal-scale climate variability as well as effects of external factors, such as solar activity. It is important to underscore that these analyses are empirical (i.e., based on historical data) and not projections of climate models. They are tentative and should be treated with caution.
